An Appaloosa Plains Story - Part 5 - Ends and New Beginnings
When we left off in Appaloosa Plains, Hetty Lionheart, the crazy cat lady who lived in the run-down Victorian house, had just passed away, leaving her house to Sylvia Spiotto. Sylvia has just aged up to an elder now. She had a nice mausoleum built for Hetty and her cats next to the pet cemetery.
She took Hetty's ashes and those of the dead cat that haunts the house and placed them here. The funeral was attended by Oriole and Gavin Pinkerton, Ethan Whipsnake, Sylvia, and the cats.
Sylvia did most of the grieving, while the cats fought and trashed the place.
Bad kitty! Bad! Bad!
Since Sylvia aged up to an elder and had a lifetime wish of mastering painting, sculpting and inventing, I remodeled her house based on this. She then quit her job as a criminal to work on these skills.
I'm still trying to get the bathroom upstairs to work. There's issues with the way the house was roofed which was probably why the EA builder just closed off that section. Upstairs Sylvia now has a room dedicated to inventing and a place for the sculpting station. Downstairs she has her art easel. She likes to sketch and autonomously does that a lot. Her favorite color is hot pink but the place looked garish when I tried using that color, to I toned it down a bit.
Downstairs I removed everything but the cat stuff and moved the cat stuff to the area beside the fireplace and behind the bathroom. I switched places with the kitchen and dining area. I need to get better pictures, but here's the living area. It looks like a cat wasted no time peeing on the carpet.
Bad kitty! Bad! Bad!
Sylvia went to a party at the Dunham's and told them all about the changes she was making to the house. It turns out, Sylvia is also friend with the womanizer Kanoa Parrott.
Sylvia is Socially Awkward, Clumsy, a Snob, Artistic, and a Savvy Sculptor, so she likes spending most of her time in solitude working on her art. But now and then she wants to get out of the house, so she went to the summer festival. She didn't participate in this hotdog eating contest, but of course it was a full moon that night and of course a zombie entered the contest.
Then they were joined by Bramble Fox the horse and someone's dog. Both looked like they wanted some hotdogs too! There's also another zombie in the background who is hungry as well.
