Toldeo County Residents #10 - Guadalupe starts her family, getting to know the neighbor.

It turns out the guy Guadalupe was pursuing is named Jayme Upton. Birthdays rolled around in the Metzger household: Sullivan aged up to a teen and Guadalupe aged up to an adult.  With Sullivan no longer in need of a nanny, and since Guadalupe now has a full-time job, she decided to move out and get her own place.  She started small. She invited Jayme over to see her new place and asked him to move in with her. He agreed, and was responsive to her flirting with him - until she kissed him. Then he freaked out and thought she was being creepy. They smoothed things over, though and eventually, after a few days, they tried for a baby. I don't understand what Jayme's hang-up is - he doesn't have commitment issues, but he is a loner. He doesn't seem interested in marrying Guadalupe, but he seems content raising a family with her.  They built on to Guadalupe's tiny house in preparation for the new bundle of joy. Meanwhile, Guadalupe set out to enjoy her last few days of fr...

Toledo County Residents 9: Featuring Guadalupe Coy, and the Silver Bird retirement home. Guadalupe has been pursuing her friend (whose name I have forgotten) in hopes of finding someone to marry and start a family.  Having babies seems to be her obsession. She and her friend have had a few outings together, but haven't made much progress.  I wish there was a way to get Nate back.  Tam was invited to a party by Arlene Vogt. Everyone wore swimwear, but there was no pool. The exception to the dress code was Grim. I don't know if Arlene invited him or if he just crashed the party, but Sherman Naylor was so scared he passed out and nearly wet himself.  Tam and Arlene thought it best to get on Grim's good side, because you never know when your number will be up. I finally broke down and got Tam's family a burglar alarm. Usually I like the occasional theft, but this was the third time the Metzger family was robbed, and it wasn't even the same person each time. The ori...

Toledo County Residents 8: Featuring Guadalupe Coy, the Coons, and the aging population.

I played the Toledo County save last weekend. Here's how it went. Guadalupe was still looking for Mr. Right. Over half the population are at elder stage now, and I'm waiting for them to die off. Guadalupe at first entertained the idea of taking up with an elder . . . . This one blew her a kiss, but she was unimpressed. And when she took an interest in this one, he was unimpressed.  Then she happened across Nate Grey, the single, family-oriented tattoo artist. This was a match made in heaven, but for some reason she couldn't have romantic interactions with him. I thought about cheating him into the household, but resisted the urge. A few days later I got a notification that he had become an acrobat. Simfest was going on, and Guadalupe went to check it out. There he was. For a beginner, he was pretty good. Guadalupe was impressed! After his act was over, they both had a bite to eat in the diner. Then watched other acts while flirting with each other. A few days later, Guada...
