LEPacy challenge - The 3rd generation - Stanley goes to college

Image
LEPacy challenge - The 3rd generation Stanley aged up to a young adult and both of his sisters aged up to teen.  I was debating whether to keep Stanley home and send him to college with Sonja when she got old enough, but decided to send him right away.  Before he left, however, his sister Sarah aged up in front of him and Sonja's boyfriend in the most awkward of circumstances. Needless to say, she got a makeover.  Sonja, meanwhile, has taken a liking to Roy Pelly, the son of a once-famous actress. But enough of them.  After taking the entrance test and earning some scholarships, Stanley set off to college, majoring in Physical Education, as that's the degree he could attain the quickest.  He went for two terms and fell just shy of the degree. The challenge says he needs 3 degrees or to take 10 rabbithole classes.  I'm thinking because he's got so many kids to raise, he'll probably go for the 10 rabbithole classes. He's taken 2 so far: Gardening and Street Art.

LEPacy Challenge: The Rise of the Third Generation

LEPacy Challenge: The Rise of the Third Generation Stanley had his young adult birthday today, and again, he got the most unflattering hair! Apparently he got male-pattern baldness at a young age. (But I fixed this.)  I've been trying to help him drop a few pounds too, but so far to no avail. He's grumpy most of the time, but nevertheless, I've decided that he will be the next heir. His traits so far: Grumpy, Good, Dog Person, Loves the Outdoors. It seems like there should be another one, but I forget it. I rethought the idea of Late Night being the next pack.  I was going to go with it because his "live-in helper" would be working in the film industry.  I have decided that the helper can take whatever job they wish, and I will make University my next pack because if fits better with Stanley being an Art Appraiser (Acquisitions), which requires a 10 level Rebel status, I think.  Also, the spouse will be a dumpster diver, so it would make sense for him to go off t

LEPacy challenge - from Sunset Valley to Appaloosa Plains

LEPacy challenge - from Sunset Valley to Appaloosa Plains At the time of this posting, Cordell and Shauna are now older adults with a toddler.  Meet little Stanley Sw0rd. He is a grumpy but good child. He will be getting two siblings before this second generation is done.  If Stanley becomes the heir, his life path is as follows: He will marry or have significant other who lives with him. He will have a live in non-romantic helper who helps take care of the kids. He will have 5 children living in the household. (They don't all have to be his - some can be the "helper's.") Let's hope he doesn't get the "dislikes children" trait. Since he has the "good" trait, he might adopt a few of the kids. He will become an Art Appraiser (Acquisitions) - if this isn't possible due to lack of EP, he will have his own art gallery and buy and sell paintings. His spouse or significant other will be a dumpster diver. His "helper" will be in the

LEPacy Challenge: The Second Generation Rises Up.

Meet Shauna Donner-Sekemoto, daughter of Leighton Sekemoto and Tamara Donner of Sunset Valley, and the mate of my second generation LEPacy heir. While I was fixing up the home of my heir's newly married sister, Story Progression moved her into my LEPacy household as a teenager and best friend of the heir. Her traits include no sense of humor, clumsy, mean-spirited, and absent-minded, so I'm sure Cordell will find out she's a real treat to live with 😆 but she does have one redeeming quality: she's brave. In fact she beat up a burglar when she was a teen. I'm pretty sure she's randomly generated, but she's so pretty, she looks good in just about every hairstyle. As a teen, she worked in the cemetery. Her aspirations are to be a super-spy, but that doesn't fit with the goals of this generation. She is to be an "animal wrangler" making money off catching and selling small animals. So far she's been bitten twice - once by a shrew and onc

LEPacy challenge: Stormy's and Bill's wedding.

Since Lucy and Cycl0n3 had a wedding at home, I thought I'd try to have a public wedding at another venue. I built this resort and events center at Stoney Falls, so the couple could have a honeymoon without leaving town.  The upper floor has four hotel rooms, and the bottom floor has an events area with a place for the wedding ceremony, some buffet tables, tables for guests to eat, juice bars, a room for dancing, and a room for games (Foosball is the only one available in the base game.) I made it a small park, so I could hold a party there. I bought the wedding cake.  I had Bill spend the night, so they could go together to the venue. Everything looked like it was a go. However, due to some glitch with Stormy, I couldn't initiate the wedding.  Time was running out.  I had her serve her guests from the buffet.  She was hungry, so I had her get some turkey and eat it.  She was still hungry, so I figured I needed to reset her.  This, of course sent her home, and she had to trave
