Mason Fink had a Farm #2: The Farmer Takes a Wife

Mason Fink had a Farm #2: The Farmer Takes a Wife

Mason had a list of goals for growing his farm:

1. Find a wife

2. Get some horses

3. Have some young 'uns and get some bee boxes

4. Start a vineyard

5. Get some sheep

In this installment Mason asked his girlfriend Christie Major to marry him. She said yes, and the plan was to get married at the resort in Kingsbury and spend the wedding night there. But first, comes the bachelor party.  The only women there were the dancing girls and Brenna, Mason's roommate who is obsessed with playing in the sprinkler.

It looks like Brenna made a love connection at the party, which made it easier to send her packing after the Fink's came back from their honeymoon. Thanks for taking care of the farm, Brenna.

It looks like Mason is telling one of the guests about his plans to start a family.

Christie has the irresistible trait, but apparently no fashion sense.  The next day Mason and Christie checked into the resort and got married.

Honey, you don't come straight from the swimming pool to the altar without freshening up! Hold on, we will eat after the ceremony.

Still not the correct attire, Christie. Hurry, Mason is getting tired.

In the end she married in her swimsuit, and then I had control of her and changed her to formal attire, which turned out to be this mismatched ensemble.

Okay, Christie, now you can eat. I know Christie has an unflattering hairdo, but I fixed in while they were on their honeymoon. It turns out they didn't spend the wedding night at the resort because a glitch kept Christie from entering the VIP suite. Instead, they immediately went to Monte Vista and had a wonderful, romantic time, but none of their pictures taken on their phones made it home with them.  Luckily I took some as well.

It turns out that Christie has the angler trait

 . . . and the workaholic trait

. . . and the irresistible trait

Upon arriving home, they built a two-stable horse barn and got a lovely buckskin horse named Jumper, who ironically has the "doesn't like to jump" trait.  I picked him because he looks so much like Moe, a horse we had on the farm when I was growing up.  I might change his name to Moe. Now the Fink's need a female horse so they can have foals, and start some babies of their own.

They now have crops, chickens, cows, dogs, and a horse. Here's an updated view of the farm.
