Current Games - January 2025

Pleasantville - small world with building shells created by Boring Bones. I have completed the interiors of the shell and populated the town. May be nearing the end of this game due to population increase. We'll see.

The Life and Times of Sandi French - Started in Sunset Valley (Revamped by Plumbob95) with toddler Sandi French to see where her life would take her. During her toddler and child years, I was pretty hands-off with the other household members - only letting them teach her skills if they had the want to do so. Sandi grew up, went to college, married Bernie Butler whom she met in college, moved to Barnacle Bay, had one child, took in her teenage half brother when her mother's health was failing, reached the top of the science career and retired, engineered another baby by cloning Bernie, and she and Bernie are now empty-nesters who moved to a custom world I'm not happy with, so I will move them again next time I play. The game ends when Sandi passes away.

(Sandi disapproving of her son's choice of having an outdoor wedding.)

Northern Winds Legacy - a 10- generation legacy with a twist. Instead of staying on the same lot and building up an elaborate estate, the founder, (in my case Polly Maloney from Bridgeport), falls under a curse where the heirs may have to pack up and move to a new world unexpectedly (dice roll or random number generator is used), taking only the direct heirs and no more than 5 items apiece in the personal inventories and nothing in the family inventory, and whatever cash they have on hand to start over - any spouses or other family members who are not heirs are left behind. Currently on generation 5, so I'm about half way through this game. So far, this family has lived in 17 different worlds.

(They are currently in Linmeadow; like Pleasantville, it is a small town with shells that need the interiors done. I've also added a small community college to explore that gameplay option.)

Tailor Gwynne - character exploration story that will most likely end when Tailor passes away. She started in Appaloosa Plains as a young adult and has moved to Roaring Heights as an adult, along with her daughter Gloria. She used to run a bar back in Appaloosa Plains, and wants to earn enough to buy a bar in Roaring Heights. This game will probably end when Tailor passes away.

(This is Tailor.)

Riverview Updated - completing interiors of shells of houses created by LaPaige, and following the lives of bin families provided by EA - plus whatever random townies are supplied by Nraas Story Progression or other households I have created recently using randomizers. Creating backstories for the characters is part of the gameplay. Ongoing.

(One of several weddings in Riverview)

Lunastia - Started as an asylum type challenge in an empty, foreign planet. Two cohorts of randomized young adult "settlers" went through two weeks of  mostly hands-off, high free will "training" in an enclosed environment with a variety of skill items for autonomous self-improvement, and were rewarded with cash prizes to build their houses according to how high they scored in several different areas: skills gained, friends made, etc. After the training of the second cohort, other colonists from private space exploration companies started to arrive (mostly in the form of paparazzi). The game then became more of a town building game. Ongoing.

Goldbeard PI - Following the life of Coral Goldbeard and her friend Fawn Annan - both from Barnacle Bay, but moved to Sunlit Tides as young adults. The focus is a deep dive into the private investigator career as I had never before gotten very far into it. This game will end when Coral tops the PI career and maybe completes her lifetime wish of solving 35 cases. (She's at level 9 of the career and has solved about 12 cases so far.)

(Coral and her new boyfriend.)
