The 10x10s in Happy Valley

 Here are some recent builds from the 10x10 challenges.


This is a day spa.

It features a hot tub, treatment lounge chairs, all-in-one bathroom, and rabbithole rug by the front door.




This spa is not far from the bed and breakfast, which can be changed to a regular house if the situation suites me.


This building features a common area on the first floor that includes a food synthesizer so the guests don't have to make their own food.  The basement has a hot tub, and the upper floor has a castle-themed bedroom and sitting area with a television and a private deck.





There's also an all-in-one bathroom down here. (I keep forgetting to include bathrooms in these builds, then they become an after-thought.)



All-in-one bathroom is also in the bedroom.

Around the corner, is Goth Haven Pub.  A fun little place with a so-called secret.  Grim lives downstairs and there has been a nearly nightly spectacle of watching paparazzi meet their deaths by knocking on his door.






Grim makes himself at home at the bar.




On the other side of the spa stands a cute little barn-themed coffee house called Coffee & Cream.

 I started my version of Deligracy's Tiny Town Challenge. Hers is for the Sims 4, so I had to adapt it. I also created a Builders Version, but I'm trying the gameplay version. Here are the rules. 4 Seasons #7: Aspen and Vinny - The bachelor party and miscellaneous observations.

 At the beginning of Spring, Aspen and Vinny had their first spat. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Vinny channeled  his obnoxious inner nerd and insulted Aspen's intelligence.  She was mad at him all day, and they spent the day apart doing their own things.  Too much togetherness can be a bad thing.  At any rate, they quickly patched things up. This woman is bad news.  Her name is Hayley Thibordeaux. She's married to a guy named Garth and both of them are hopeless romantics. She was incessantly flirting with Vinny. At first, Vinny seemed immune to her advances.  He enthused about his upcoming wedding, etc., but she was persistent, and he finally flirted back. I sent him home before he got into too much trouble. Time passed, and she aged up to an elder.  The last interaction she and Vinny had, she was asking him for money.  He didn't give her any, however.  The Meyers' apparently aren't getting along too well lately.
