 1. The requirements for this house was haunted house with a graveyard.




The basement



The main floor includes kitchen and secret passage bookcase that leads to the basement.



The spiral staircase leads upstairs to a sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom.



Next up, the seasons house.  I chose autumn.



The bed is in the attic - the only place I could find room for it.




The second floor has the kitchen and all-in-one bathroom.


The bottom floor has the sitting room, including a fireplace.



3. The modern home - required room for family of 4 and a car.



Bottom floor: garage with inventing bench and emergency shower (behind stairs)


Second floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom.



Third floor: two bedrooms and all-in-one bathroom.



Top floor: Rec room and deck.

 I started my version of Deligracy's Tiny Town Challenge. Hers is for the Sims 4, so I had to adapt it. I also created a Builders Version, but I'm trying the gameplay version. Here are the rules. 4 Seasons #7: Aspen and Vinny - The bachelor party and miscellaneous observations.

 At the beginning of Spring, Aspen and Vinny had their first spat. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Vinny channeled  his obnoxious inner nerd and insulted Aspen's intelligence.  She was mad at him all day, and they spent the day apart doing their own things.  Too much togetherness can be a bad thing.  At any rate, they quickly patched things up. This woman is bad news.  Her name is Hayley Thibordeaux. She's married to a guy named Garth and both of them are hopeless romantics. She was incessantly flirting with Vinny. At first, Vinny seemed immune to her advances.  He enthused about his upcoming wedding, etc., but she was persistent, and he finally flirted back. I sent him home before he got into too much trouble. Time passed, and she aged up to an elder.  The last interaction she and Vinny had, she was asking him for money.  He didn't give her any, however.  The Meyers' apparently aren't getting along too well lately.
