North Winds Reboot - Part 8 - Nine days on Kit Island
When we left off, the boys settled on Kit Island. This is a small community, about the size of Pleasantville. One clever idea this creator (99simsonthewall) came up with is putting a lot of the rabbitholes on a ferry, implying the residents have to take the ferry to the mainland for their morning commute. This shot has the back of the ferry. It's boat-shaped - it just doesn't look like it from this angle. The tall building in the back is empty, but I was thinking it would make a nice restaurant. There's a small building in the middle with some vending machines and snack bar. The two-story building in the foreground is also empty, but would make a good storefront of some sort. The boys were wanting to invent things, and their house was too small for an inventing table, so I was thinking of possibly putting some sort of community workshop on the upper level.
